When my leopard geckos escaped some times i had no worry cuz even though they where hand fed they still hunted like crazy. I found them one night hunting crickets that escaped in my room. Its not gonna die its just wont have as much food or maybe more and it has to worry about natural enemies. Dont worry if it came from the wild it will be able to survive. All things still have that instict even dog and if a pig gets out it will turn back into a boar so u have othing to worry about.
