The frontal view doesn't help too much . I need to see a side view that shows the side of the extenede head well. I assume you are in the United States but if you are not, the turtle looks somewhat like one of the South American species of Trachemys, either T. scripta ornata (Northern South America) or Trachemys dorbignyi ( Argentina).
