How to sex Fat tail geckos?

Can any one help me out on this one I have 3.3 het amel fat tails that just arived and my employee mixed them up. I was kinda pissed but thay aer all in their own tanks so not that bad. Well I talking to him and he asked me today how do you sex them.... I was stumped. I said well the girls wear make up and they guys hog the remote control. I have tons of geckos but none but my new fat tails are ground geckos. Can any one point me to a webpage or better yet show me some pictures of how to sex them?
