I have a 6' x 4' enclosure for my RF and had a hard time keeping the humidity up as well. I added a warm mist humidifier inside the enclosure (cords well hidden and the humdifier is tall so the tort doesn't get burned). I also added some live plants and mist them several times a day. Within the room that holds the enclosure, I have another warm mist humidifier and all of this keeps the humidity at about 85%. I've had this set up for over a year...didn't have much luck with cool misters, but the warm ones also help keep the heat to a good level when it is cold outside.
