Try blood worms, when I have a fresh batch of babies I use blood worms to coax them into eating and it always works. Be careful w/ most of the "good" breeders people rave about on here and other sites....alot of their wonderful captive bred spotteds aren't really what they say they are.That is a fact and because of them many of these spotteds never make it past their first year.
