Thanks to everyone who is helping the animal victims of this disaster. Also, thanks to everyone who set up this forum so that we can network and communicate with one another in this time of crisis.

The herpetological group that I am associated with is seeking to fund organizations that are currently helping native wildlife and exotic pets that are suffering the effects of Hurricane Katrina. We are interested in contributing to organizations that have nonprofit tax ID numbers, and can effectively demonstrate how funding will be directly used to help these animals.

Please feel free to contact me through posts on this message board, or via the private message system on this site.

I look forward to hearing from your groups, and more importantly, helping the exotic pets and wildlife that require specialized care in this horrific situation.

Sincerely,

Neil Cornell
