>I have two normal Boas Male and Fem 100% het for albino. They are siblings from salmons 100% het for albinos. When I breed them do I get Hypos or do I get albinos, or both or ?????

The expected results from this mating would be 3/4 normal looking (66% probability heterozygous albino) and 1/4 albino.

Salmon (AKA hypo) is a dominant mutant gene. Being a dominant mutant means that, among other things, the snake shows the effect of the mutant gene if it is present in its genome. As the snakes look normal, they do not have the salmon gene, and there is zero chance of them producing any salmon babies.
