This is a pic of my boyfriend's turtle in March. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v240/spyral/turtleclose-up.jpg) He (She?) has a diet of mealworms, pellets, and the plant in his 10 gal. tank (which is generally 77-81 degrees w/o using a heater). He has a UVB light that he basks under on his dock. He's been a pretty active turtle, more so since we re-arranged his tank (about a month ago), adding a turtle dock, instead of piling big rocks on one side.
Here he is today...

As you can see, he has bumps coming out near the corner of his mouth. For the past 4 days, he's moved and eaten minimally. Two days ago, we put him in a sulfer dip on the advice of the guy at the shop where we bought him. My boyfriend said he stopped moving his back legs, and today said he saw bubbles coming from his nose.
I read through some of the prior posts, and I think it might be a respiratory infection, but I am hoping it's not and want to get some direction on what to do. (I do want to take him to a vet NOW, but we just don't have the money right now.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
