Your animals are Home's hingback tortoises, Kinixys homeana. They come from tropical zones of west Africa. Temperatures should be moderately warm (low eighties F) and humidity should be very high. They will appreciate shallow water in which to soak. Try canteloupe, mango, and plenty of soft greens such as redleaf lettuce to get them started eating.

These guys are very popular as food within their native range. The stragglers that make it into the international live animal trade are often in very poor shape, which the specimen pictured with the rough eye seems to be. Parasitism and dehydration claim most imports before they become established. Good luck with yours.
