Yes, it is a Russian.



You ought to put up signs in your neighborhood that say FOUND TORTOISE. Do not put what species it is. That way, when someone calls you, and tells you they lost a tortoise, you can ask them what species it is to prove it is really theirs...in case the person is really just someone looking for a free tortoise.
