that is bloating disease my friend.
It the frog has been living for some time with the condition, it is non acute bloating (bloodworms are very notorious), caused by a bad diet, wrong osmotic pressure, or prescence of viruses. I had a xenopus female that had it for several years before she finally died. ;(
I suggest contacting your vet and ask about Baytril to treat it.
