I use ground oyster shell and clean white eggs shells, they eat it up. Also cuttle bone and Calcium rich foods. Mine like Opuntia cactus. I have a couple of bunch grasses that are damp underneath, and they spend the days there...no pyramiding, and the damp area is probably preventing pyramiding.
