I have several groups of 1.4 housed in 4' X 2' X 2' melamine and 36" X 28" X 18" Visions with no problems. Feeding regime I use is 40 crickets per feeding each night, and check to see who is still hungry. Most adult groups consume 50 to 60 crickets every other night, sub adults & juevinles 40 crickets offered every night, babies ratio of 10 crickets each per feeding/every night with uneaten crickets removed. And I dish feed removing legs of crickets, seems extreme to some but allows me to record feedings and not to worry about loose crickets in substrate. Really dont' want a loose cricket chewing on any of my Amels while they sleep. Weight records are easier to keep with this type of system for me. But what works for me may not work for you.
