How big to breed?

Hi all. I've had this guy about 1 year. I know the males grow to about 3 feet or so, but at what age/size is a good time to start breeding? There is a person in my area looking to breed SIBs at some point (Hi Jason!) and I'd like to loan my guy out.

Pics attached are from when I first got him at the White Plains Show and this morning. Sorry if the pics aren't great, I was late for work!

Any input is appreciated!
