The hood marking and bodily banding point strongly to that. It could also possibly be a hybrid of some sort, such as between kaouthia and naja, or kaouthia and atra, etc., but if it's pure, I'm guessing atra. Of course, it could also be some sort of natural strange varient of kaouthia or naja, but it's more likely that it's more normal than that.
