"Could be tricky eaters" Yes. But there are a host of different options like starting on frogs, or in my case, offering 3 day old rotten pinkies. This lasted about 2 months then they switched over to fresh pinkies.
With baby coppers, I wouldnt be as much at ease as you would with rat snakes, but its not as bad as pigmys either.
