New Russian tortois hasn't eaten for a week!!!

My new Female RT came a little over a week ago and hasn't eaten a thing and I’m getting worried.

I know this is the time for hibernation but I have no idea how well she was eating or anything before she got here.

What should I do? I’m am trying to work her out of hibernation at least this time to make sure she is healthy. Is this a good idea?
