Im on a break right now so wont be able to elaborate until i get home but...
PUT THAT BOA ON ASPEN, never have a rosy boa on bark!
also, make sure it has adequate heat, either above heat or below, if not breeding, I personally like above heat.
Next, if any rosys are picky, its mexicans, better yet, triv trivs (black/creme) Your best bet is leaving the snake in a deli cup overnight in the dark with the pinky in the deli cup alive, hopefully by morning, it will be gone. You can also try a frozen thawed or braining (will explain later). Try the deli cup overnight method first. also, many triv trivs may not feed until spring, if you have not gotten to eat by dec. 15th, i would brumate it at about 60-65 degrees for about two months, by march it should be ready to eat. hope this helps any
