To help you in your search for a vet.

Begin with calling for referals from local vet clinics.
Also check out www.arav.com
then check out their link to herpvetconnect for a less formal herp vet listing.

The lumps you mentioned can be anything from normal chalk/calcium sacs to ear abscesses. If your gecko is acting sick, then for whatever reason, lumps or no lumps, you are on the right track looking for a vet.

In the mean time, reassess your husbandry and make sure it's optimal. Use thermometers and hygrometers to measure, not guess, and you'll be in the right direction.
