If I had known this snake was wild caught I would have never bought it. It's a very timid snake and doesn't like to be handled. Aside from the fact that I've had the snake 8 months now and it still won't eat. It only shies away from the mice. So, I don't think I could use food to try and lure this thing out from wherever it's hiding at. I have 3 dogs in my house and I really don't want them getting ahold of the snake.
