In that case, you should be safe to monitor your frog without anything more. If the bump increases in size, changes colour, or bursts open, see a vet. As long at the frog is otherwise bright, alert, active, eating and growing the cause for concern is minimal. Like everything else, make sure your husbandry is optimal.
