Well I'm certainly NOT a vet, but if this was my lizard I would worm him, sure sound like parasites to me, but thats my opinion.

I would not wait too long before doing something, as this guy will go down hill fast at this rate. Try another vet and get a second opinion/ another fecal done.

Let us know how he does!
