Actually, going back over your message (duh!), I'd revise my statement to say the larger are probably Tropidurus torquatus, and the smaller, more patterned ones are Tropidurus itambere. The main way to tell is to look for their "mite pockets", T.itambere lack them while T.torquatus has rather prominent ones. There used to be a good site detailing this, but I can't seem to find it at the moment.
