I am in the process of building a room for my Uro's. The dimensions will be about 9.5' x 14'. There will be eight outlets on two different circuits to ensure there will be no power problems. I have one small south facing window in the room as it is in the basement. I am going to extend the existing room and refinish it with mould resistant drywall. I am going to have 2'x 2' acrylic boxes made and build cabinets that sit ontop of them. The cages total sizes will be 2'x2'x5 or 6' high with the screen cabnet ontop. I will have 4' double flourescent fixtures ontop of the cabinets. I also have two room humidifiers to keep the room at an optimal humidity. Ideally I want to have three groups of 2.2 of every species. I will keep fimbriatus, henkeli, lineatus in the large cages and probably use assorted exo terra cages for the smaller ones. There will be an automated misting system for every cage. What I am looking for is any suggestions on how to make this room as perfect as possible. For example what humidifiers to use, what misting systems, what size exo terra cages for the other species,if a double tube is enough(should I use four tubes). Aquireing all the animals is going to take the most time although I have quite a few already. Anyways any recomendations are welcome.
