Hey Stu. I hear your family keeps getting bigger and bigger. Congrats. Dianna and myself got married in 2000. We are doing well. I have tried to stable out what I keep these days. Mostly Annulata, Subocs and stuff I observe in the wild. I tried some hondo's from Shores but Dianna hated them. So I stick to what works for us. Still make the yearly trips to alterna country and have fun. Luck is varied from year to year but go mostly to get out and have fun.
The real question is.. How is your family? I hope you guys are doing well. I think about you guys all the time. Dianna and I talk about the langtry wedding. I see your old pics in books and stuff too...
Well If you want to get out in the metroplex to look for herps then I would try the Grasslands for flipping. If you still live in the area where Don mentioned then you have some roads in your area to produce Calligaster, holbrooki and emoryi.
Feel free to email me at work.

Best Wishes to your family,
