Congrats on the completion of the new facility! I know how long you have been working on that so it must feel great to get it accomplished!
As for raising the humidity, I know exactly what you mean! We have recently decided to add a marine aquarium section to our facility where we have both our breeders and a small retail area. Sean turned the kitchenette in the front of our facility into a filtration room with 3 tanks of about 200 combined gallons which all serves a 350 gallon display tank in the entrance/display area. Talk about raising humidity!
There will really be a huge increase in humidity once we get the retail display section up and running. Sean's planning on having about 1500 gallons of display tanks with livestock for sale in a room adjacent to the boas.
I don't know if anyone here is into marine aquarium stuff but here are a couple of photos of the plywood tank he built as well as the sump/filtration room and a couple of propagation tubs racks...

Sump/Filtration Room - Refugium Tank on top, Frag Tank for propogation in the middle, the Sump on the bottom, an oversized protein skimmer to the right, and a few other things...

Here's the link to Sean's thread on Reef Central for anyone interested. He's got a bunch of info on building this system detailed there, including building big water holding tanks out of plywood (which I know absolutely nothing about!)
