for cost effectiveness & functionality - build your own. Buy a big chest cooler (Igloo, Coleman, etc). put some heat tape on the bottom. a layer of water bottles. connect to thermostat. Simple. And after the babies hatch, you can remove all the stuff and use the cooler for its intended purpose. Hint: if you want to that - run the wires through the drain hole, as opposed to drilling.
$110 for Herpstat proportional thermostat
$ 40 for cooler
$ 25 for heat tape, wire, plug, etc
-------------------------------------------
$175 for an effective incubator that can keep your drinks cold in the summer!!!
