BCI stands for Boa constrictor imperitor and BCC stands for Boa constrictor constrictor. Same species different sup-species. The thing about the hypo was a joke sorry it flew over your head and your comment about the rats is a little off topic. But I will just end this now so we safe room on this board and dont fill it up with arguments.
