I'm waiting for my new cage to arrive so hopefully that won't be an issue anymore. Usually what I do now is I'll mist him a little and put a towel over the top of the cage leaving about a half inch to an inch of screen open to trap as much humidity as I can. In the past I've had snakes begin to shed even with low humidity, then I raise it, with this guy, he hasn't started yet so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if I should be worried.
