Since pattern anomolies are known to be caused by tempurature fluxuations during gestation, there is no way to know if your boa is carrying the stripe gene. Breeding to a normal patterned animal, and then to one of their offspring should give you the answers you seek.
Sorry I could not be or more help.
It is a pretty baby either way.
