carpet cham eggs...what do i do?

my carpet chameleon recently laid eggs. i dont know what to do with them. i read to try pearlite...where can i get it. right now i have them in fresh potting soil. how can i accidentally kill them(moving them too much? using water?) ok, i am clueless and i need as much info as you can give me so that i can try to keep these things alive.
