One thing I noticed the first winter I had my boa was that he stopped feeding in the winter. His temps were ok, but I live in New York state and of course daylight in winter is much shorter, and I think that's what caused him to stop eating that first winter. Now I have lights in his cage on a 12-hour timer and all my boas eat just fine during the winter months. Not sure if this is your issue, hope it helps.
