I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to answer a few of my questions. I am a junior in high school and would like to breed snakes. I have been fascinated by reptiles my whole life, and have been keeping them for about four years. I asked my favorite reptile shop today if they had any advice on certain species I could breed, ect.. However it seemed like he was trying to discouraged me. I know that somebodys got to do that, but even though I was persistent, he just kept giving me excuses not to. However I know everything he said, and I have been thinking about this for the past few years.
My question is, do most people have a hard time trying to find homes/places that would buy their snakes. Also what might be a snake that I could breed that has relatively few young. (I have no intention on making money, I just want to do this as a hobby.)
Thanks
