Assuming you bought from a good guy breeder who's snakes are not infested with parasites and/or that the newborns weren't housed with the WC parents- MY common sense tells me the chances of there being more of a chance of parasites etc... with babies born in captivity from WC compared to CB would be next to 0. Again, I'm not an expert, so maybe some others who have personal experience can confirm this or tell me i'm an idiot.
