Hypo in BCI is a dominant trait, there is no 100% visual distinction between hets and homozygous animals. From what I've read, many believe there are are subtle less than 100% differences between them. Even to the point that some believe they can visually pick out the homozygous (super) from the hets.

Personally I don't have experience with picking out, raising up and proving out hypo babies to know if this is true or not. I do think that those with the experence may very well be able to select individuals with a higher probability of being homozygous. Some possible problems I see with this are:

Duh - unscrupulous people could say they believe it to be "probable" super when they either have no idea, believe it to be het or even know it's a het.

Say you have 12 hypos (and 4 normals) from a het X het breeding. Statistically of the 12 hypos, 4 would be supers. Let's also say you know what you;re doing and you can pick out three as "probably supers". What do you call the remaining 9? Possible supers? does the 33% possible super still apply?

There's only two ways to get a 100% super.
Buy a proven adult - good luck finding one for sale.
Get a baby from a super x super breeding - again, good luck finding.
Both would/could/should command a higher price being a known super.
