I believe that the vast majority of people are decent and good. I also believe that there is a small segment willing to do the worst things imaginable, given the opportunity. The internet is an anonymous place and I would not want photos or knowledge of the existance of my children and where they live available around the world. The same applies to posting photos of wives or girlfriends. It's not a direct email to somone you know. It's posted information to all who stumble on it or seek it with purpose. Maybe I've read too many serial killer novels but it's a valid point of view.
