RE: 2 Boas together?

Spirit is in a 40G enclosure and she is only maybe 18", the new female is about 24-30" The enclosure should be good for both of them just untill I finish the large enclosure but I have decided to error on the side of caution and Spirit still has her 40G to herself and the new snake "Shadow" Has a 55G to her self. I know Shadow is a female but still have to get Spirit sexed. If Spirit is a male they will be a breeding pair. That being the case it would be ok to keep them together in the large enclosure rite? Asuming they are both given a clean bill of health. Thanks for all the help.
