Talk to the good Amarali breeders:
Kevin Barnett
Barry Miller
Lee Barrie
Dennis Sargent
They are great boas, but need to be taken care of very carefully. You also need to be reserved in your feeding, they don't have the metabolism of BCI and are more delicate than BCC.
Expect a 6ft. boa, after about 5 years of age. My female was born in August 2003 and is 3.5 ft. (I have an '04 BCI at 5ft.). They are built differently than other boas, a very broad and flat head. They are also the most heavy bodied of B.c.ssp. So while smaller than BCC can weigh more.
Kevin's site is ectothermics.com
Barry's is millerreptiles.com
Lee, and Dennis are only available by phone or email, Kevin is good friends with them and could give you some help.
Take care,
Chris
