it is extremely unlikely that they will hatch. once the egg starts molding, it is usually a sign that whatever is inside has begun to rot.
the only time i've had eggs start to mold is when they seep slightly from the bottom, or the incubation medium is contaminated with egg yolk from a previous hatchling.
feel free to keep it incubating, but it is most likely bad.
first clutches from females are often times infertile as well.
