I would consider first a lab report on 2-3 fecal samples (pool them a store them cool but not airtight) even though the animal has been in a collection for many years. It's possible to acquire endoparasites via cross contamination from another infected animal or some other factor (stress) has brought on inflammatory bowel disease. This is easily treated with a vets help and a lab report.

If you soak the waterbowls in a soap or bleach solution, are you rinsing the bowl thoroughly?

Has the snake ingested some substrate?

You might downsize the food items a bit while gathering the fecal samples, it's possible that this is temporary damage but do get a lab report on some feces for the peace of mind.
