Of course what girl doesn't like Valentine's Day?!
Dave, Tom, and Guy know I love chocolate--and I got some great cards! Then I went to check on the snakes and found this great surprise! A litter from het t+ x het t+, with 19 babies, 7 t+ and 12 66% het t+. Of the normals, quite a few are "pink panthers" (formerly known for one day as "pandoras" which was too similar to "paragon" so I'm officially, really officially naming them "pink panthers".

We think the pink panther appearance is inherited as a simple recessive trait, and is a separate trait totally independent of the caramel-albino gene.

The top pic shows a normal baby with two pink panthers, the bottom pic is the litter, with the normals, pink panthers, and t+. Close-up pics of the t+ when they shed next week-they are really beautiful, but all of the normals 66% have great patterns and colors also.
