Husband just called me to tell me that the snake was "laying in her tub dead all emaciated looking etc.." Got me all upset and then as he continued to describe her, I realized he was talking about a regurge. He hadn't turned the lights on and mistook it for a badly decomposed snake (biology expert he's not) . So, I'm going to have to give her a break for at least a week or more and then try a pinky. I am still surprised she had a hard time with that pup though (if you could call it a pup, it was more a slightly larger fuzzy) because it was really small. She didn't even show much of a lump at first until after a few days. I guess I should have given her more than 4 days to settle in before feeding her. Lesson learned the hard way. I just hope no permanent damage has been done.
