Posted by: Morgans Boas at Fri Feb 24 07:29:15 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Morgans Boas ] I used to use CHE's (now RHP's), and when the females became gravid, I'd place a hard plastic heat pad used for dog houses - top temp was 95 on the pad. They'd usually rest on part of it now and then, especially closer to the due date. Their are now reptile heat mats/pads for inside cages that would be good for these times. check the direct temps on them with a temp gun and adjust accordingly. I've had Boas born on newspapers and Aspen. It's true they will mess the cage up looking for the most hidden spot. | ||
