They really are a great pet for adults. Wouldn't recommend them for young children, they do bite when they play. Not hard, but still. Plus they're basicly nocturnal. Mine comes out to play around 10:30-11pm, but we're up late so it's no biggie. He has a den in his crate for night time and a den under the bottom shelf of my linen closet for daytime. I often hear him in the early hours of the morning playing by himself in his crate.
