Shows are fun. I would sugest going to the Skunks As Pets website and read up on the show and permits you might need for FL. Also the show changes locations. It's been in FL, GA, OH, and AL. that I know of. The judgeing is done on helth and what the judge thinks of as good. Not a set standard of size or percice colors and such. Makes it where almost any skunk could win. They also have catergories of frienliness, best tail, ect. One more thing I like about the show is that injuries due to accidents don't count against you. My skunk that won the Senior had three legs. She had to have the one amputated due to a accident.
