I keep reading posts about deals going bad and people losing big money...that sucks. Just a thought but when we got started on our never ending Python buying trip we got Amex accounts and bought everything on that because it had very good "what if I get screwed" coverage. Most good breeders take credit cards, or paypal which allows you to use your credit card. Worst case Amex comes with checks you can use that are still protected. I am sure MC and Visa have similar stuff. Just a thought, but for us it was importnat to know that if the deal went bad or something happened we could get our money back from Amex. They are really good about this.

Sadly we did this becasue we built a new house and the builder left a lot undone and broken and fled to Florida to avoid the lawsuits, etc., and we spent every penny we had and then some to fix the house...we got real gun shy of being screwed again.

Just a thought.
