What do you mean by megaworm... superworm or giant mealworm or something else? The soaks are good, might want to mix a little bit of mineral oil in with the water (pedialite or natural fruit juice would be better than just plain water for this). Try some fruit or soft type foods that would help loosen things up and increase the basking temp 5 degrees or so for a couple days.
