Yes, The depth and width of that enclosure are too slim. 18" is very bad as they grown to be 24". I think you could get away with a 5ft enclosure but a 6ft high will always be better. I'd reccomend a 3' x 3' x 6'. Melleri like most chameleons prefare a higher humidity, 70% or higher.
