I too use the 5" croc style bowls from Wal-mart. But I use them differently to save me lots and lots of time. 12 oz. styrofoam bowls (hefty, store brand, whatever) nest perfectly into the 5 oz. crocs. I actually have my crocs bolted to the outside wall of the tub. During my water changes, I simply dump the old bowl, throw it away, drop in a new bowl and fill. The bowls are like 2 bucks for 50, and you only have to clean and sanitize the crocs every few months or when they get soiled.
