I use Crickets, wax worms, meal worms, silk worms, superworms(NOT the same as meal worms even though they look like it), Horn worms, pill bugs, hissing cockroaches, earth worms and I use any of the above that turn into moths. I feed three to four days a week. not every day, and vary the amount- sometimes as much as they can eat, sometimes only a few. Hope this helps
